The nervous system is another system that's very important in our everyday living that controls everything you do.
This system is divided into two parts. These are the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system.
The central nervous system is composed of the brain, spinal cord, eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin while the peripheral nervous system is a system that contains all the nerves in our body like the sensory, motor, and the autonomic nerves. Each nerve has to deliver the messages or signals that the brain gives or produces which is why this is the primary system in our body.
There are different ways to strengthen and protect our nervous system such as having a balanced diet, exercising regularly indoors (since civilians aren't allowed to go outside), drinking 8 - 11 glasses of water, and others.
