Symptoms of depression (according to what I feel and know): 1) You hardly enjoy things around you. You are not at all interested in what is going on around you.
2) You don’t enjoy the things that you used to enjoy before. For example, you may not feel like having your favourite dish anymore which you craved for when you were young / not in depression.
3) You feel like you’re all alone and no one feels your pain. Even you family members seem to be getting away from you.
4) You feel like suiciding (BUT NEVER DO SO BECAUSE YOU HAVE ONLY ONE LIFE WHICH YOU HAVE TO ENJOY TO FULLEST)
5) You always feel tired and exhausted.
6) Insomnia- you cannot sleep at night because you end up overthinking.
In a nutshell, when you’re depressed, you have a bland life. However, it is important to know that this is not the end. You can overcome your depression by talking to trustworthy people (whether it be just 1), walking, doing yoga regularly and eat healthy foods (sometimes you can cheat as well ;) I was in depression too but I did all these things and now, I feel fine. Never feel alone cause God is with you
