• by not only focusing mainly on profitability, give a fantastic culinary experience possible by making prices attractive and affordable; and

• by reaching out with post-booking communication through multiple communication channels (texting, voice and messenger), and by offering and rewarding complimentary services not only to repeat guests but also the new customers and/or guests.
