T.L.E. 8 QUARTER 3 - MODULE 3-PERFORMANCE 3 BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION Instruction: Arrange the following steps using numbers (1.2.3.4.5) White your answer properly on the Answer Sheet provided 1. Cleaning the Range/ Stove Clean the parts thoroughly particularly those that are removable Clean the burners with a dry brushor with a clean dry cloth Remove and wipe food particles burnt sediments and grease away from top of the range Switch off and remove the electric plug to allow to range to cool before cleaning Prepare materials needed in cleaning process Remove the grates before the entire oven Scrape the food particles carefully Wash and dry theremovable parts very well B. Cleaning the Mixer Wipe the parts with dry cloth thoroughly. Remove the detachable parts Wash the beaters and bowls after use Prepare the cleaning materials needed in cleaning. Fixed the used cleaning materials used in its proper place
