ravine in Barangay Minanga, San Mariano, Isabela on Monday, December 21,
2020.
Truck helper Ferdinand Malvar,27, who was pinned under the vehicle, died
at the scene.
The driver of the truck, Arnold Deran, who was reportedly drunk, escaped.
