North Korea (under Kim Jong Un ) is an example of dictatorship and they are constantly at odds with other countries. Sometimes ,war like situations are formed. China has tried to start a war with India , and if you have read the example in class 9 ncert book , you will very well remember that China is not a democracy in true sense. So not is Pakistan , who has also tried to start war with India. Two democracies have never been against each other in a war.
