Yes , we should not forced the students to submit modules/SLHTS on time because we don't know what she/he going on yet he/she doesn't understand the lessons and nobody wants to help her/him instead of forcing the students to pass the modules on time let them pass the module on not exactly time it's their fault too if their grades are low.
