I think that I am in control of my emotions. Even as a child or any age, I have learned that controlling and managing my emotions well is important.
Many challenges in life are always given to every people, and you can’t control it. To deal with my problems, I learn to manage my emotions well. In that way, I don’t lose control over my problems and trust that I can do this.
We deal it differently as we grow up and be more mature. But to promise myself, I will learn to deal my emotions more greatly and carefully.
