Most Koreans continue to beleive that a college degree is the “license” needed for enter high society. Recent developments has highlighted this basic tendency, Such as so-called “genius education.” In adition to providing special education for gifted children, it also seek to turn ordinary children into intellectual over-acheivers through constant stimulate from a very early age, often through very direct maternal participation. in other words, two- or tree-year-olds may already know how to play several musical instruments, have advanced math and communication skills, and able to speak one or more foreign languages. But this Approach also has its shortcomings. For one thing, long-term studies seems to show that whatever advantage these force prodigies may have over their ordinarily classmates tends to disapear within a few years entering school, and the education gap narrow considerably- unless active, prolonged stimulation is continue. but this development mere underlines what may seem as the program’s more sirious problem: children who are under heavy pressured to study againts they’re will are apt to suffer from depression and has difficulty adjusting to their peers. In the long run, the concern is that they may turning into bright but maladjusted adults who can never find happiness or satisfaction.​
