You need a good speech for everyone with good pronunciation, nice grammar and with expressions if needed.
Don't use some bad behaviors with your speech because it may disturb people and will not get interested with your speech.
It also need some informative things in your speech.
So make sure that these things are in the right way to express it calm and nice.
