Weight =mg g is gravitational acceleration which is 9.8 but opposite acceleration is also takking place so take g=9.8-2 which is 7.8 so weight will be mass×g ok them simply compare the percentage of the first time with lift at rest and then lift with accelration

but the options are increse by 20% decrese by 20%
