Procedure:
Prepare three containers. Half fill one container with hot water, but not hot enough to burn your hand. Pour very cold water into the second container and lukewarm water ( combination of hot and cold water) in the third container. First, simultaneously place your left hand in the hot water and your right hand in the cold water. Keep them in for a few minutes. Then take them out, and place both of them together into the container with lukewarm water. Caution: Be careful of your hand in handling hot water.
Question/s:
1. How do your hands feel in hot water? Cold? Lukewarm?
2. Do both of your hand feel equally cold? Why?
