that customers should be valued as part of the business that's why she put up a
dedicated drop-box in each of the store branches to accommodate all feedbacks from

I would summon my employees to a meeting and discuss about how to handle customers. How to greet them properly and how to be attentive everytime. As of the warranty feedback, we will adjust with the product itself. We will find more high quality and durable products so the warranty would be adjusted as well.
