Academic freeze during this pandemic is beneficial to learners.
Reasons
*Although learning continuity is important, not everybody has the means to adapt to the new normal type of schooling.
* Even if DepEd has devised ways for leaming to continue through remote or distance learning modalities, having this as an alternative to educate learners is proven to be ineffective and insufficient.
*While it's true that an academic freeze will result to interruption in the learning process of children, it will help flatten the curve. Besides, what's the point of pushing the students to continue their studies this year if their health would be at risk?

Activity: Convince me! You would want your teacher to recommend you for a scholarship grant in the form of financial assistance. Write your brief argument that would convince your teacher to recommend you.
