Recently i have purchased a M/S P.K electronics sec 14 Bokaro steel City laptop from u but i have noticed a problem in its mouse. when i have use it for three days it was working well. i have written.this letter for the problem that i faced in the mouse. when i was writting a script in pc suddenly the mouse was not working. thus it was a important script for my office. i was dismissed for the interview. thus i need a help from u that please send ur work ers for repairing it. if u will do this work for me i will be grateful to u.
I am a loyal customer to your brand and my resident is in Panam Valley, Halssmith. I have recently purchased a laptop from one of your stores. But the experience is not as pleasant as it should have been. Even I, myself, would be glad if I didn’t have to write this complaint letter. But, here I am and complaining a bunch about a laptop which I just bought last week from your store.
Of course, if it is any consolation for you, I actually managed to work the whole last week on this laptop, but this week, for some mysterious reasons, the laptop is acting up. However, the most frustrating part is that it doesn’t even switch on sometimes. By the way, I live in a small town called Panam Valley, and I drove about two hours to get to your store. Besides, I also paid a good price to purchase this laptop, and therefore, the last thing, which I ever expected from this laptop, was to act like this.
Anyway, I won’t complain anymore. I just want you to schedule a time for me so that I could either visit your store to pick up a brand new laptop of my choice from your store as a replacement, or you will make a full refund to me.
