3. An electron (mass = 9.11 x 10-31 kg) leaves the cathode of a vacuum tube of a television with zero initial velocity and travels in a straight line to the anode, which is 1 cm away. It reaches the anode with a velocity of 6 x 106 m/s. If the accelerating force is constant, compute
a. the acceleration;
b. the time to reach the anode;
c. the accelerating force, in Newtons.
