Reflection: 1. Which among the three (walking around, sweeping floor, 3-minute jumping jacks) is considered: a) Light activity: Justify your answer: b) Moderate activity: Justify your answer: c) Vigorous Activity: Justify your answer
Walking around. When you walk around, you can control your pace. You also don't get tired easily since you are not doing anything else aside from just walking.
b) Moderate activity: Justify your answer:
Sweeping floor. Sweeping the floor can make your body tired faster than just walking around because with this activity, you are doing something while walking at the same time. Also, if you sweep seriously, you try to reach certain places that requires you to squat (which is tiring, in my opinion).
c) Vigorous Activity: Justify your answer
3-minute jumping jacks. This activity is quite vigorous since it requires you to move 3 minutes without rest. What's more, you jump, clap, and move your legs open and close. There are a lot of movements that your body would do which makes it sound even more tiring. Your heart rate would also increase while doing this activity since the heart works with the body, as well as the lungs.
