Since I already realized the importance of participating in physical fitness activities regularly, I should make a schedule for my new goal. After making a schedule, I will encourage my parents and other family members to join my scheduled exercise by telling its benefits physically, emotionally and mentally. Also, I will tell them that we can think of this routine as a family bonding. It can ease our stresses and help in increasing the closeness in our family. Of course, I will make sure that I do the activities regularly to further encourage my family and then show them the results. Doing different activities from time to time will make our exercise enjoyable and not boring. Eventually, they will be encouraged to join the fun!
