Ratio of sugar and water in one mixture is 4:5 and in another mixture is 5:6.
To Find:-
Which one is Sweeter
Solution:-
→ Ratio of sugar and water in mixture 1 = 4 : 5
→ Ratio of sugar and water in mixture 2 = 5 : 6
★ here we have given that , Ratio of sugar and water in mixture 1 is 4 : 5 , and Ratio of sugar and water in mixture 2 is 5 : 6 ... We have to have to find ,"which mixture is sweeter", for that first we will ,calculate the ratios of mixture, so let's begin ....!!
★ Calculating Ratio of sugar and water for mixture 1:-
→ 4 : 5
→ 4 / 5
→ 0.8
★ Calculating Ratio of sugar and water for mixture 1:-
→ 5 : 6
→ 5 / 6
→ 0.833
★ 0.833 is greater than 0.8
★ 0.833 > 0.8
» We know that , Mixture having more sugar will be sweeter , Here we can see mixture 2 has more sugar. It means mixture 2 has more sugar than mixture 1.
Therefore, the second type of Mixture is sweeter...!!

Step-by-step explanation:
Let initial quantity of sugar = 4a and milk = 5a
(Initial quantity of sugar)/(Initial quantity of milk + Quantity of milk added) = 2/3
⇒ 4a/(5a + 7) = 2/3
⇒ 10a + 14 = 12a
⇒ 2a = 14
⇒ a = 7 liters
∴ Quantity of Sugar in new mixture is same as initial so = 4a = 4 × 7 = 28 liters
