I have learned from this lesson that a strong paragraph contains three distinct components: (a topic sentence, body, and concluding sentence). I also learned that the topic sentence is the (sentence that summarizes the main idea of a paragraph). Topic sentence or main idea could be found in the (beginning of the paragraph, end paragraph or middle part of the paragraph).
I also realized that (main idea) can be defined as additional information that explains, defines or proves an idea. On the other hand, a sentence that does not support the main idea is called ( implied main idea)-im not sure about this one
lastly, (concluding sentence) brings an end to a paragraph. it is found in the last sentence.
