_______2. Next, Mrs. Gutierrez makes a piñata. She cuts up paper and soaks the paper in glue. Then she forms the paper into the shape of a cow. She stuffs the piñata with candy.

pit. First, the wooden logs go in, and then the fire is lighted. The logs burn brightly,
smoke rises in the air, and ashes fall from the burned wood.
___________ 4. Mrs. Gutierrez takes the other food and surprise gift from the car to
the camp site. She noticed that the ice cream they bought was already melted.
However, the family still enjoys eating the melted ice cream while watching the stars
above.
