Describe the motions of a body that is dropped from rest and a body that is projected horizontally

2 one peso coins
Procedure:
1. Place the first coin at the edge of a table with about its half hanging over the edge.
2. Place the second coin flat on the table.
3. Flick the second coin across the table to strike the first coin. Make sure that the first coin is hit on its side so that it drops straight down and the second coin leaves the edge of the table with some horizontal speed.
