Hi friend,Oh the day has come!!!!! It's labours day. Celebrated every year on 1st may. This day is dedicated to all the hard working, real diamonds, workers of India. This day is for those who work for making India developed, for making India beautiful and for making things easier. We are celebrating this day for those real diamonds.

Mukesh- Good morning, Saskriakal, namaste, you all are welcomed to may day special progress. We have Shyama with us,we will have a interview with him and we will just talk with him and will analyse the problems they are facing in their life. Good morning Shyamalal ji.
Shyam- Namaste, saheb ji.
Mukeh- Ji, Namaste.
Shyam- Myself Shyamalal, a farmer.
Mukesh- You are welcomed to may day special program. You are invited here in occasion of labours day. We will just appreciate the hard work of the farmers and all labours today.
Shyam- Good sir. I am very happy to participate in this day program.
Mukesh- Oh Great! Farmers are very hardworking. We salute your dedication to India and it's development.
Shyam- Yes sir, but it's not an easy deal, we are really facing many obstacles in our work.
Mukesh- Oh that I know! Just recall those obstacles to our listeners.
Shyam- In that burning sun, in that hot summers, we farmers plough the field, the sweat is over our body, the soil is slipping on that sweaty body. That hard soil which is to be ploughed is ploughed with great power and that process is very slow and it takes the whole day. And our body tans due to those harmful sun rays. But there is no choice with us, we have to work for our earnings.
Mukesh- Oh so much laborious. Can u tell us how do you manage with your family?
Shyam- As we have to spend our most of the time in fields, we have very less time to be spent with our family. But we should spend time with our loving families. So I take out the time and just play with my children in those small playgrounds and I have 2 children so I just want to come up with their needs,i want to give them every happiness in their life. I help my wife also in his work. She works as a maid in other people house. So whenever I get time I help her, afterall she is also a women and also needs rest. I also want to make my wife happy, sometimes I blame myself that I m unable to give proper happiness to my family. But my wife is one who made me motivatied. She is my motivation. She also says that whatever we have is great.
Mukesh- Yes motivations in life are the successes in life. I appreciate your wife as well for motivating you and being your one of the guiders. Sometimes I heard that some people just feel that farmers have no value in their life. Do u want to say something about that.
Shyam- Yes, some people think that farmers are very low people in society. But I think that we are of great help in society. I don't think that without us the people will get grains, they will get vegetables, they will get other things that are produced in fields. I m not appreciating myself. But it's truth that farmers should be respected in every accept of life.
Mukesh- You r right Mr. Shyam. For your Living you need money, which you get from ur work. Pls explain about your income resources in detail.
Shyam- When the crop is harvested fully, we have to do Many processes after that, winnowing, etc. Then we have to walk long distances to cities and then we have to sit under the hot sun and have to sell those grains. And after that we get a few penny. But that few pennies are very big amount for us. As that is the money we gained from our work. And the success after hardwork is very sweet more than honey.
Mukesh- That were very sweet words. I like your thoughts. Sometimes due to natural disasters the crops get destroyed. What are your feelings at that time.
Shyam- Oh that's a very deep feeling question. When a disaster comes it very hard to see the crops getting destroyed. Specially those grains in which we spent hours, days, months, years to grow. Thats a very bad feeling we have. But failures in life always teach us to work hard. We then also we work hard and then we just step on to the stairs of success. That's the wonderful feeling and at that time we feels like we have climbed mount everest.
Mukesh- That's right. So we got to know much about your life and we are very happy to have you here and thanks for coming to the show and I hope you will succeed in your life at every path, every stair of life.
