I've done this before buf i don't have a copy but I'll tried my best to answer it again.
1.Yes, because some words are deep and i makes me confused and hesitate but you can find it on dictionary if you really want to understand.
2.IN MY OPINION OK? swom, unlawfully, feloniously, oath(but i think it's path) and other.
3.No, it because if you use this on some people they'll get confuse about what u saying because its so deep.(in my own opinion)
