Tv helps us to be updated with the issues around us, with the weather updates, about the government, the crimes, and it is also one of our sources of entertainment. But it is also one of the reasons why we are anxious and somewhat stressed and depressive (not literally) , fake news or sometimes real news makes us panic instead of just being informed. Drama shows sometimes are the reason why we are sad.
