You can isolate y
4x + 3y = 24
3y = -4x + 24
(3y/3) = (-4x/3) + (24/3)
y = (-4/3)x + 8
Note: y = (-4x/3) + 8 is same with y = (-4/3)x + 8,
Sometimes its much more accepted in y = (-4/3)x + 8 form when finding slope, but they just mean the same thing
