2. Disagree. I don't think there is a modality to be considered as the 'best' because everyone of them has its own disadvantages. Modular, for example, there would be times when students don't know what to answer so they rely more on the technology, which isn't learning if they only copy and paste whatever is on the internet. It's also sad and boring answering modules alone, unlike in f2f where friends gather together and help each other.
