Formulas:
Volume of Cylinder = πr²h
where
Volume of Cylinder = 42
r = radius
h = 2r
so we can say that,
42 = πr²(2r)
42 = 2πr³
42/2 = πr³
πr³ = 21
no need to solve for r, as πr³ also appears in formula of Volume of sphere. (but you can solve for r if you want and substitute value of r in Volume of sphere and answer will be the same)
Now lets see Volume of sphere,
Volume of Sphere = 4/3 πr³
but πr³ = 21 so,
Volume of sphere = 4/3 (21)
Volume of sphere = 84/3
Volume of sphere = 28 cubic units
