Pls give a suitable reason as to why it won't exert it's resonance effect.

In b part that is C6H5NH3+ the anilinium ion wont exert its resonance effect.
It is Because Nitrogen can form a maximum of four bonds only. To do resonance, it will have to form a fifth bond which is not possible. The three bonds of anilinium ion are covalent and the fourth is coordinate covalent bond. It cannot form any more bonds and hence it does not get stabilised by resonance.
