I think it is better for me to write both the error and it’s correction. But for your convenience, I will first write only the errors, and then the corrections, so that you will have to scroll down to see the latter. This way you can first guess the correct answer and then see the answer key (more like suggestions) to those errors, alright ?

put a fullstop after “hear that voice”. Also start “later” with a capital letter.
“was found a person...”. Is not correct.
”who screaming” is not correct. Check the tense.
”when I saw” doesn’t seem right. Instead “when I found”would be more suitable. It’s not “he injured”. Check the tense. Also add a semicolon before the phrase “he was injured”
”a complete silence”is wrong.
“had not found” is wrong. Also instead of “any people”, “anyone” would be more suitable.
the whole sentence “I was thinking that when I....or hospital” is grammatically wrong.
“police had some doubt on me....” is grammatically and meaningfully wrong. Also, “I was visit police station again and again”is completely .
“i was decided” is wrong “take him hospital” is wrong . You seem to miss a preposition. Also this sentence is grammatically wrong.
”reach” is wrong. Check the tense. “Paid fees”is not correct. You seem to miss an article.
“prey”is not the word. I think you meant “pray” (spelling error) also the tense is wrong. “Safe is life” is wrong.
“member”? Check the plurality.
“if I was delay one second....” is grammatically wrong.
Overall, you don’t to follow punctuation properly. Only names/first words of the sentences will start with a capital letter. So please check on that.

I found the person who was screaming.

I couldn’t find anyone
I thought of carrying him to the hospital through my car but I wondered if he should die before reaching the hospital, in my car.
I also thought about how the police will doubt me and ask me to come to the police station every now and then.
But later, I decided to take him keeping in mind that saving his life was more important those problems.
I reached the hospital and learnt that an operation had to be carried out. I paid the fees without any second thoughts. (Meaning - you didn’t care about the money. You were focused on saving the person)
The doctors finally started the operation. I prayed to God, asking him to somehow save the person’s life.
The operation was however, successful. I was very happy that I could save his life.
The person as well as his family thanked me. The doctors told that even if I was a minute (don’t write “second”) late, the patient couldn’t have been rescued.
