_____6. (Angrily raising a voice) You didn't try to get that wrong number at all.
_____7. (Demanding-putting hand on waist) Can you trace it for me?
_____8. (Writing it down) And your telephone number?
_____9. (Looking at the phone) Disconnected!
_____10. (Coolly and professionally) This is the chief Operator.
