1. I manage to take bath everyday for my skin and my hair. I trim my nails so that dirt won't be stuck on my nail.

2. I sit properly, and while using my phone, i do not bow my head for a long time causing a stiff neck.

3. I always brush my teeth in the morning and night. And floss so that foods wont get stuck in between your teeth causing cavities and build up tartar if left in a long period of time.
