Patient A is a 15-year-old popular boy. He is often known
as a handsome and fit boy with a charming smile and
gentleman behavior. He always wanted to be a model and
he is good at it but behind his great poses is a secret no one
had known. He loves going to parties, eating fast food and
buffet with friends, but to keep his physique, he vomits
everything once he gets home. Everything got serious and
his parents have only noticed when he looks dehydrated
and gets thinner every week. His dentist had also noticed
that he has red throat, some of his teeth are destroyed from
stomach acid, and small sores in his gums. The dentist had
told his parents about what he saw and recommended that
a medical doctor should see it.
