Patient A is a 15-year-old popular boy. He is often known as a handsome and fit boy with a charming smile and gentleman behavior. He always wanted to be a model and he is good at it but behind his great poses is a secret no one had known. He loves going to parties, eating fast food and buffet with friends, but to keep his physique, he vomits everything once he gets home.
