(2) As what I said in Q. 1 I'am mostly related in pic. #1, because sometimes I got frustrated when I have a lot of works and modules to do.

(3) I believe that I can deal with this kind of situations by thinking calm being frustrated is not easy so may be I should just take some time and think positive thoughts.
