When air leaves the pharynx it passes into the larynx. As the air expired, the vocal cords vibrate which enable us to make a sound
Each bronchiole ends in a tiny air sac called alveoli. this alveoli is surrounded by several numbers of capillaries. The exchange of O and CO2 between blood and air occurs on this wall
Air travels from nasal passage to the pharynx (throat)

The trachea divides into two cartilage tubes called bronchi. This part is also covered with cilia.
The air enters your respiratory systems through your nostrils
The air goes through your nose and nasal passages. these passages are equipped with hairs mucus and cilia that moisten, filter and warm the air before entering your lungs.
