PART II.

When: By the end of the year
Why: To revise the current constitution of the Philippines
Who: Congress
How: Voting of representatives of each sectors in the country

Ang pagbabago ng charter ng Pilipinas. Sa pagtatapos ng taon ang kongreso ng pagboto ng mga kinatawan ng bawat sektor sa bansa
ay upang baguhin ang kasalukuyang konstitusyon ng Pilipinas.

Sa pagtatapos ng taon, ang Charter Change o Cha-Cha ay pinagbotohan ng mga kinatwan ng bawat sector ng bansa upang baguhin ang kasalukuyang konstitusyong ng Pilipinas ayon sa Kongreso.

PART III.
Who: Two men
What: robbed a jewelry story
Where: Royal Gems, at 55 West 47th Street, in the heart of Manhattan’s diamond district
When: Saturday, March 13
Why: No information
How: The men carried pistols, police said, adding that the men bound three employees and a customer and stole gems and money. The police also said that no one was injured in the holdup.

Sabado noong Marso 13, ninakawan ng dalawang lalaki ang tindahan ng mga alahas na Royal Gem sa ika 55 West 47th Street, sa gitna ng Manhattan Diamond District. Walang ano mang impormasyon ang nakalap kung bakit ito nagawa, ngunit ayon sa pulis ay may dalang pistol. Di umano ay ginapos din nila ang tatlo empleyado at saka ninakw ang mga hiyas at pera, sa kabutihang palad ay wala namang nasakatan sa nasabing insidente.


PART IV.
There was an accident occurring in your city this morning at the intersection of Post Road and Rollins Avenue. Charles R. Lydon was driving north on Post Road and proceeded to enter the intersection in his van at a speed estimated at 40 mph. His van struck a fire engine responding to an emergency call, with its lights and siren in operation. Two firemen aboard the vehicle were hospitalized; however, their condition is not known at this point in time. Lyden was killed instantly in the serious and tragic accident. Authorities have not yet determined who was at fault. The truck was traveling an estimated 25 mph and responding to a report of a store fire. However, it was a false alarm. Lydons van was totally destroyed. Damage to the truck was estimated at $50,000.

Isang aksidente ang naganap sa interseksyon ng Post Road at Rollins Avenue. Kinilalang Charles R. Lydon ang pangalan ng nasawi. Ayon sa mga awtoridad ay hindi pa tukoy kung sino ang may kasalanan. Di umano ang truck ay tumatakbo sa tanya na 25 mph kung saan patungo sana sa isang sunog sa tindahan, bagamat ito ay maling akala lamang pala. Habang 40 pmh naman ang takbo ng van. Dahil sa pagkakasalpukan ng dalawa ay ang van na gamit ni Lyndon ay tuluyang nawasak, samantalang ang tanya na sira ng trak ay nasa 50,000 dolyar.
