Personal hygiene includes:
cleaning your body every day.
washing your hands with soap after going to the toilet.
brushing your teeth twice a day.
covering your mouth and nose with a tissue (or your sleeve) when sneezing or coughing.
washing your hands after handling pets and other animals.
2. eat healthy foods, / eat foods that is great for your body and for your nutrient.
some foods i recommend for you to eat:
( veggies/vegatable's, fruits )
broccoli
carrots
tomato
pumpkin
banana
( PS. atleast eat some meat, because eating vegetables always will cost you to be sick too. )
3. drinking enough water every day.
HOW MUCH WATER DO WE NEED TO DRINK EVERYDAY?:
About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.
Also, 8 CUP'S OF WATER.
( we need to drink enough water everyday, or if we won't we will be dehydrated/uti. )
