There are three changes that I need to adapt with to survive the new normal. These are home-schooling in a new blended learning setting, lockdown and quarantine, and the mandatory wearing of face mask and face shields in public. Homeschooling in a new blended learning setting is really difficult since some of the students and teachers experience technical problems. Lockdowns and quarantines makes a person depressed and feel lonely because they are away with their friends or loved ones. Mandatory wearing of face masks and face shields is new to us that's why I think we need to adapt on it in order to stop the spreading of the virus.
