1. WOODEN RACK/METAL NETTING
2. FISH
3. SALT
PROCEDURES:
1. WASH THE FISH
2. CUT THE FISH HALFWAY THROUGH
FROM THE HEAD TO TAIL
3. REMOVE GUTS
4. THOROUGHLY WASH THE FISH
5. RUB THE FISH WITH SALT
6. PUT THE FISH TO THE RACK
7. PLACE THE RACK OUTSIDE WHERE
DIRECT SUNLIGHT HITS
8. REPEAT THE 7TH PROCEDURE UNTIL
IT IS READY FOR COOKING
