- Runner B was the fastest to run because, compared to runner A and C, runner B had the shortest time to run the 400 meter dash.
B.Who was the slowest? Explain your answer.
- Runner C because it took him/her 110 seconds (which is the longest time among the runners) to run the 400 meter dash.
C.Compare to speeds of runner A and runner B. How much faster is runner B than runner A?

Questions:
A. Who is the fastest? Explain your answer.
- Runner B was the fastest to run because, compared to runner A and C, runner B had the shortest time to run the 400 meter dash.
B. Who was the slowest? Explain your answer.
- Runner C because it took him/her 110 seconds (which is the longest time among the runners) to run the 400 meter dash.
C. Compare to speeds of runner A and runner B. How much faster is runner B than runner A?
- Runner B is 35 seconds faster than runner A.
acceleration = change in velocity ÷ time interval
acceleration = (128 - 112) ÷ 2
acceleration = 8 km/h.s
hope it helps:)
