To be a healthy person I need to sleep at least 8 hours and drink water 8 or more glasses in a day. I will do an exercises to be physically healthy. I will eat nutritious food and I will avoid the foods that have a bad effect in my body like junk foods. I will also take vitamins because it's good to my body. And also I will do the things that can make me happy or enjoy like dancing, singing, sports activities, etc. because it can help me to be a healthy one and also doing these things can help my emotional and physical health to be in good conditions.
