We are what we eat. We should take care of our body for optimum protection against diseases. A lot of ways can be used in order for us to prevent nutritional problems but one thing is for sure is discipline. We should always start practicing good ways within ourselves most especially in health aspect. My ways to ensure we can prevent nutritional problems are proper exercise, having good and enough sleep, and proper food choice like a balanced diet or avoidance of eating fatty foods. For I think these basic ways will lead us to prevent nutritional problems and live a youthful life.
