1. A dog was carrying a piece of meat in his mouth. On his way home, he had to cross
a plank lying across a little stream. He saw his own reflection in the water and thought
it was another dog carrying a piece of meat also, so he made a snap at the reflection
in the water. As he opened his mouth, he lost his piece of meat. Then, he had none.

2. Rona Mahilum was eight years old when she risked her life to save her five brothers
and sisters from a fire that destroyed her family's hut in Divina Colonia in Sagay,

Espina, Negros correspondent of TODAY, filed her story. A month later, Manila Mayor

dangerous to cross the street immediately after getting out of the jeepney. So, Joy
followed Jeff's advice. They looked to the left and to the right before crossing the
street. Then, they prayed to God inside the church.
