I think I can convince my friend who is addicted to social media or online games by giving her/ him schedule or we can make schedule's on what time we are going to use phones and etc. it also helps a person to use less of that social media by hanging out with friends, playing games outside . It is really hard for someone to stop using it less because they're used to itz but by the help of our friends and family of course we can do it. Time management also, activities that includes outdoor games and spend time talking with each other. avoiding social media or less contact with social media can make your day productive and also can prevent radiation.
