one student played high pitch notes and then low pitch notes on a guitar what caused the difference in the high pitched and low pitch notes?plss answer
The difference in high pitch note and low pitch note is the amount of frequency. The higher the frequency the higher the pitch and the lower the frequency of sound the lesser also the pitch. Pitch and frequency is inversely proportional.
Sound wave is an example of mechanical wave. It needs a medium it order to propagate. The medium are could be solid, liquid and gas. Sound wave can travel faster in solid since the particle are connected between each other and travel slower in gas since the particle of gas are far from each other.
