1. All hazard must be reported using accidental report form.

2. Call for assistance. Verbally call FIRE, FIRE, in a loud and clear voice.

3. If safe to do so, attack the fire with the correct extinguisher or fire hose.

4. If the hazard is easily and safely cleared, then just leave it there.

5. During evacuation, you can run anywhere where you can feel that the place is safe.


Activity 2

Direction: Arrange the procedure in occupational health and safety standards by writing numbers 1 to 6.

________ Following clearing of the hazard fill out the correct documentation to assist in identifying improved practice to reduce further incidence of hazards.
