so basically if we see from Option D to option B in a sequence. the outer figure of D is a three points figure, C on the other hand has 4 points, A has 5 points and B has 6 points.
now in the inner figure we have to start from point C as it has 3 pointed figure inside, than D has a 4 points figure than B has a 5 pointed figure but option A should have a 6 pointed figure as per the sequence but it does not, it has a 4 pointed figure too
