Nowadays, some people suffer from anxiety and depression due to COVID-19 Pandemic. Our lessons for this week teach us the virtues of cooperation (by obeying health protocols), sharing (by extending material and spiritual needs to others), respect of human life (by showing love and concern for others) and perseverance (by continuously praying and hoping in the Lord that this crisis will end soon). We are also in the SEASON OF CREATION where we show love of what God has created for us, the world we live in. As a family member and as a student, what are the factors that you should consider to maintain the mental health and well-being of yourself, your family and your community? What could be done too during this season of creation as part of maintaining mental health and well-being?
