you can help by encouraging people by communicating to the leader of your barangay/municipality to make a program about how prevent respiratory and circulatory illness and take care of your respiratory and circulatory system where all people can join and participate. let people know that this program can have a huge benefit to every participants so that they will also join.
This program is every Saturday. every week you have different activities to do like tree planting to avoid pollution, exercise/zumba to keep your healthy weight, have a short discussion about respiratory and circulatory system, how take care of it, what are the possible effects if you won't be able to take of it,and etc.
